If you purchased the MASSAGE PACKAGE, you can select to redeem your corresponding session for Chinese Massage, Foot Reflexology, and Combo Massage ONLY. Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details and receipt. 2. Cancellation Cancellation Policy: Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows may result in a loss of the session. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 12 hours notice without penalty. Penalty would be counted as No-show. 3. Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment is settled.
